In 2018 we implemented the Policy of Transparency, Ethics, and Anticorruption and the Non-bribery Management System to establish controls and measures to prevent, detect, and deal with any kind of bribery. In 2019 we obtained the certification ISO Standard 37001 of Non-bribery Management and became the first Guatemalan company to obtain it.
We rely on a Code of Conduct that governs actions of our collaborators, as well as a Code of Conduct for business partners so that they know about our policies and mode of operation.
We promote a grievance culture through a Grievance mechanism in which every person can report an issue of the operation, of the work or environment area, guaranteeing confidentiality of everyone involved in the process, through a toll-free number, electronic mail, and webpage, which are constantly monitored to guarantee its adequate functioning.
