At REPSA, a company of Grupo HAME we are committed to continuous improvement, we constantly strengthen our internal processes to guarantee transparency, ethical and responsible acting in every operation, based on a culture of compliance.

In 2018 we implemented the Policy of Transparency, Ethics, and Anticorruption and the Non-bribery Management System to establish controls and measures to prevent, detect, and deal with any kind of bribery.  In 2019 we obtained the certification ISO Standard 37001 of Non-bribery Management and became the first Guatemalan company to obtain it.

We rely on a Code of Conduct that governs actions of our collaborators, as well as a Code of Conduct for business partners so that they know about our policies and mode of operation.

We promote a grievance culture through a Grievance mechanism in which every person can report an issue of the operation, of the work or environment area, guaranteeing confidentiality of everyone involved in the process, through a toll-free number, electronic mail, and webpage, which are constantly monitored to guarantee its adequate functioning.

Our Policy of Transparency, Ethics, and Anticorruption is a mechanism that defines, governs and promotes a series of coordinated actions to prevent corruption and bribery, promoting at the same time, transparency and commitment to legality from our stakeholders with whom we operate and relate.   

We rely on a Non-bribery Management System that establishes controls and measures to prevent, detect, and deal with any kind of bribery. The system keeps track of criteria with due diligence and compliance in an ethical culture.

At REPSA, a company of Grupo HAME we assume in our operations the principles of the United Nations Convention against Corruption and the United Nations World Compact on issues of human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption, which must be observed by directors, collaborators, and people related to our operations, (clients, suppliers, distributors, contractors, and those with whom any commercial, contractual or cooperation relationship is directly or indirectly established).

The principles expressed in the present Code of Conduct for business partners constitute an important element when selecting and assessing our business partners.

Government agreements

At REPSA provides fair and equitable worinkg conditions to all employees in compliance with applicable legistlation, voluntary certification standards and internal policies. The Group promotes gender equality, decent and respectful treatment to employees, while building a culture of safe work and ensuring salaries and benefits are paid according to applicable labor legislation. 

We comply with the provisions of the law and the Labor Code, all of the HAME Group companies guarantee timely payment to their collaborators. The salary is not determined by the person, it is assigned to the position by abilities and skills.
