Every quarter Repsa organizes workshops with its local stakeholders to present progress made in Action Plan of the company.

On December 18th and 19th, workshops with Public institutions of Sayaxché, the Municipal Corporation and leaders from the Development Community Councils (Cocode), religious leaders, women promotor groups, teachers, and local press of the communities of influence of the company, were carried out.

General topics treated with these stakeholders were promotion and respect for human rights and working conditions within the operations; transparency and relation that the company practices both inside and outside; practices on natural resources management and care for the environment, and projects of local development conducted by the Department of Community Relations.

The most important points that were presented on this occasion were the following ones:
