One year after the implementation of the Grievance Mechanism, at REPSA we were audited by Earthworm Foundation, Advisory for Social Licence to Operate, and Oxfam Guatemala.
This audit aimed to corroborate the effectiveness of changes implemented in May 2018 to strengthen their scope, reinforce reception channels of grievances, and systematize the process to address and investigate each case with established times.
