REPSA works to strengthen the capacities of different interest groups such as: community leaders, teachers and students, REPSA workers, young people, women leaders, public workers, etc. These trainings seek to promote the governance and development of the municipality through responsible citizenship.
Relationship with interested parties
In order to achieve sustainability, it is essential that, within the consolidation of its social management system, the company consolidates its relationship with its stakeholders. For which a process has begun in which those people and organizations with which there was no relationship previously will be addressed.
In this sense, REPSA maintains permanent communication with the communities, local leaders, authorities and representatives of public institutions
Community development
The productive activities that REPSA carries out are focused on respecting its environment, prioritizing the people who live around it. From this account, REPSA, beyond being the largest employer in the department of Petén, works hand in hand with the communities, the local government and other actors, in the search for the development of its neighbors and their environment.
